We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If you wish to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the item back, and you will be refunded the full retail price of the garment if it has not been worn.
To request a cancellation contact us before the item has shipped.
STEP 1: Fill out and email the Return/Exchange form to returns@rxbra.com.
STEP 2: The RxBra may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in new/unworn condition with all of its original packaging (original hangtags, etc.). Returned packages with missing, damaged or RxBra’s with bodily fluids on them will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
STEP 3: Mail your package to the address in the Return/Exchange form.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) and such packages will be refused with the shipping courier.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after package has been delivered to us. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after the return has been fully processed, with your refund or exchange details.
