We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If you wish to return your order, you will be refunded the full retail price of the garment if it has not been worn.
To request a cancellation contact us before the item has shipped.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
1) The RxMask (for health / hygiene reasons)
2) All PPE
3) Test kits / PCR Swabs
STEP 1: Fill out and email the Return/Exchange form to email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number if an invoice is not included. Please note: Any returned packages received with no return form will be delayed in processing.
STEP 2: The RxBra may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Package all contents in a shipping box or padded envelope. Original cellophane or box packaging must be included and tags still attached. Packages received with shipping tape or postage label attached to the cellophane or damaged cellophane or without hang tags attached will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
STEP 3: Mail your package to the address in the Return/Exchange form. Returns are accepted under the following conditions: Shapewear purchased within 14 days after purchased date:
Merchandise must be returned in new/unworn condition with all of its original packaging (original hangtags, etc.).
All contents are packaged within a shipping box or poly-bag (returned packages with missing or damaged contents will be charged up to 30% restocking fee)
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Infrawear Inc. does not accept COD (cash on delivery) and such packages will be refused with the shipping courier.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after package has been delivered to us. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after the return has been fully processed, with your refund or exchange details. To maintain the original condition of the product, Do not tape or apply the return label to the original garment box. Please package all contents inside a shipping box.
